The art of cognac drinking
Enjoying Joseph Guy at its best begins with the eye. Hold the glass by its base and appraise the splendid colour, clarity and viscosity of the cognac. Next, take in its fragrance several times, holding your nose above a motionless glass. Afterwards, roll the cognac around in the glass and smell the bouquet this releases with your nose in the glass. Now take a small sip, allowing the cognac to wash first over your tongue and then spread throughout your mouth. This is how to experience the superior hallmark of Joseph Guy.
